Sorry you have not received your order yet. It was despatched on the 31st October by Air Mail. Please note there have been delays with items arriving as we have had postal strikes over here. I did email you with an explanation regarding the Terwellen name. Many years ago another company tried to emulate our products (and our name) and produced many histories that we know are not accurate. They have since gone out of business. We have not researched Terwellen hence we were unable to produce it on this occasion although we may have it in the future. The refund for this was processed on the 31st October.
