Delivery

We know how important fast and safe delivery is to you, so we ensure that all our gifts are delivered in the shortest time possible!

Postage is charged on a per order basis. Shipping costs and delivery times are detailed below.

DELIVERY TIMES

Some of our gifts take longer to make than others, and so on each product page you’ll see an estimated despatch time. This is the time it takes for us to create your personalised gift and then pass it to our couriers. Once we’ve given it to Royal Mail or a specialist courier, they deliver it to you.

All the prints, framed or unframed are sent FedEx Next day delivery tracked in UK and FedEx 3 day tracked to rest of world.

Our engraved items including gifts and crystal are shipped within 5-7 working days by Royal Mail or courier.

Shields are hand painted and take 4-6 weeks to make and will be delivered by Royal Mail.

DELIVERY PRICES

Delivery prices are on a per order basis. For all items except crystal (see below) we charge a standard rate. This is:

FREE UK mainland
£1.95 Europe
£4.95 for rest of the world

For all framed Coat of Arms prints and scrolls overseas FedEx 3 day tracked (see below) we charge a standard rate. This is:

£19.50 for Australia, New Zealand and Canada
£23.50 for the USA

Unframed Coat of Arms prints and scrolls are sent via Royal Mail:

Crystal items are sent by courier and are insured for breakage. The rates are as follows:

RETURNS

As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. This offer excludes personalised items.

If the non-personalised goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt then we will happily issue a full refund including postage and packing, or an exchange.

Should you return an item because of an error on our part or if it’s defective, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.

SENDING AS A GIFT

Please let us know in the comments section if you’re gift is being sent to another person – we won’t include any marketing/invoice details.
