The crest I was given was slightly different than the one on the site. Their customer service was amazing. They customized the crest from the picture I sent them and produced a beautifully crafted pocket watch that exceeded what I had expected. I will definitely return to Hall of Names not only because of the quality of their products and craftsmanship but because the quality of their customer service.
